The goals of this course are to:

1. Define Blossom End Rot (BER).
2. Identify three sets of soil properties.
3. Identify balanced soil
4. Identify imbalances that contribute to BER.
5. Identify tests to determine balanced soil
6. Identify additives and amounts needed to balance soil
7. Describe the scientific process for balanced soil verification.
